FILL IT WITH FAUX
Show yourself a lil’ love with a bouquet of your fave blooms. After all, plants and flowers are proven to have a huge impact on our mental wellbeing. In fact, even faux flowers have the same effect – which is lucky for you because we sell them by the bucket load. Literally. While your there, pick up a candle or two. They’ll trick your brain into thinking the flowers are real.
Stripping yourself of all joy in January in the worst idea ever. Fill your boots with *nutritious* snacks (chocolate covered raisins are one of our 5-a-day, right?) and you’re less likely to fall off the healthy bandwagon.
JUST FACE IT

Ever tried meditation? It’s proven to bring stress levels down and improve sleep quality. You don't have to move to Tibet and become a monk, just take 5 -10 minutes out of your day to lie on a yoga mat and breathe slowly. Ready? Ommmmm…
QUENCH THAT THIRST
Hungry? Without sounding too much like your mum… you might actually be thirsty. Keep a reusable bottle with you wherever you go and fill a flask or travel mug with coffee to save the pennies on your morning commute. You’ll be doing your bit for the environment too!
