Treasure Seekers, the time has finally come! Our stores in the Republic of Ireland are now open and we can’t wait to welcome you back.
As always, safety is a priority and to find out more about the changes we’ve made to help support safe shopping in our stores, please read below.
We’re extending the opening hours in some of our stores, you can check your local store's opening hours here.
We hope to see you real soon, until then… Big Love, Treasure Seekers.
Safety remains a priority
We’ve focused on three key areas in line with the latest government guidelines;
1. Supporting personal protection practices for our associates
2. Implementing social distancing procedures
3. Enhanced cleaning of our stores and facilities alongside sanitisation of equipment
Some of the actions we’ve taken include providing associates with the necessary equipment to help stay safe while they work. This includes the facilities to wash and sanitise their hands more frequently throughout the working day, managing the layout of our stores and work patterns to help our associates maintain safe social distancing and enhanced cleaning of equipment and facilities.
You will find a hand sanitisation station as you enter our stores. We will be asking you to pay by contactless payment if you can. The limit has been temporarily raised to €50 to make this more convenient for everyone. Also, in line with local government requirements, we’ll ask all customers to wear a face covering while shopping in our stores.
Customer limits in stores, in lifts and in fitting rooms
In accordance with the government guidelines, we will need to limit the number of customers shopping in store at any one time. We’re sorry if this means you have to wait a little longer to enter our stores. We also need to limit the number of people in our lifts at a time and we have also taken the precautionary measure to close the fitting rooms in our stores.
