Padgett Bros (A to Z) Ltd. are conducting a Product Recall of the above products. The items contain a small part, which rattles inside the product when shaken, when filled with water and squeezed the small part comes out of the toy posing a choking hazard to small children.

The product was on sale in TK Maxx and Homesense stores between July 2024 and September 2024. Product reference numbers visible on the bottom of the product are 61036 and 61037. The product code shown on the price sticker and the receipt will be 672690, 672691, 681218, 681248.

We are recalling the above product due to a safety risk. The product does not meet safety standards as it may overheat and cause burns if the air flow is restricted.;

The product was on sale in our stores and online between December 2023 and June 2024. The product is marked with the model “Cosmic Wave”. One of the following product codes will be printed on the price ticket and on your receipt – 124607, 124617, 124669. No other designs from the same brand are affected by this recall.;
