Manufacturer Amika has initiated a product recall due to a quality issue for their Mirrorball High Shine + Protect Antioxidant Shampoo which was sold as part of the “Shine-O-Sphere” hair care set. The product could have a change in odour & in rare cases cause temporary irritation.

Padgett Bros (A to Z) Ltd. are conducting a Product Recall of the above products. The items contain a small part, which rattles inside the product when shaken, when filled with water and squeezed the small part comes out of the toy posing a choking hazard to small children.

The product was on sale in TK Maxx and Homesense stores between July 2024 and September 2024. Product reference numbers visible on the bottom of the product are 61036 and 61037. The product code shown on the price sticker and the receipt will be 672690, 672691, 681218, 681248.
